As a lecturer, school director, and co-partner of the Beast Beauty Academy Stuttgart, I was closely involved in developing and leading one of the most innovative beauty academies for nearly a decade. Together with the fellow partners Carola Bopp, Timo Allert, and Mattias Mußler, we shaped an institution that set new standards in professional beauty education.

Our vision was to provide aspiring make-up artists and hair & make-up professionals with a holistic and future-oriented education – hands-on, trend-driven, and held to the highest standards. We focused on offering a multifaceted training experience that went far beyond industry norms. As one of the few academies worldwide, we worked with exclusive brands such as Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Shiseido, Artdeco, BareMinerals, Börlind, and MAC. The curriculum not only included subjects focusing on make-up and related beauty fields, but also practical topics such as “business basics” and “communication and customer relations”. In addition, we developed a state-approved online training program for Beauty Experts to make high-quality education accessible, flexible, and location-independent.

Our mission was to support our graduates on the best possible path to a successful career in order to contribute to a more professional industry. In doing so, we lived a value-based training culture characterized by trust, sustainability, honesty, and genuine passion.

After ten successful years, we handed over the Beast Beauty Academy to Kolping Bildungswerk with a view to its further development, confident that our values and visions will be carried on and further developed there. Working at the Beast Beauty Academy was an intense and enriching time that further deepened my passion for promoting talent. I am proud to have been part of this success story - seeing many of our graduates today working as successful colleagues in the beauty industry.
